At Merveille, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Merveille designer tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
